Peckforton & Beeston Village Hall Management Committee
The Village hall is set up as a charity and is managed by a Committee of Charitable Trustees who provide a facility (The Village Hall) that supports the local community. Its primary role is to raise funds and invite and receive contributions as well as being responsible for the day to day running of the hall, its administration, upkeep and maintenance of the building and garden.
The AGM is open to all inhabitants of the area of benefit (18yrs and upward) who are entitled to vote at this meeting. Committee members are elected at this meeting but the role responsibility is decided by the elected committee at the subsequent committee meeting.
